REBIT Recruitment 2021: Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

Experience Required:

Candidates should have 5 to 8 years of work experience in the related field.
The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in progressive experience in procurement of IT solutions/ products and related services.
Applicant should have previous work experience in managing IT procurement operations, preferably in a public sector enterprise or a financial services establishment.
Candidate should have proven work experience in Tender (RFI/RFP) creation, publishing & evaluation, Budget & Spend Management
Applicant should have knowledge in Contract Management, SLA Management, Invoice & Payment Management, Compliance Management, Statutory Reporting, Internal Reporting
Candidate should have knowledge in Public procurement, understanding of applicable guidelines like CVC, etc.

REBIT Recruitment 2021: Roles and Responsibilities:

The procurement function at ReBIT caters to internal procurement needs as well as the projects handled by ReBIT on behalf of its parent organization.
The function owns all aspects of procurement viz., Budgeting, Tendering, Vendor Selection, Vendor Management, Contract Management, Invoice & Payment Management, Spend Management, Compliance Management, Statutory Reporting, and Internal Reporting.

This role is expected to take up the below responsibilities:

First point of contact, owning and managing all procurements events for assigned projects or sourcing requests.
Assist procurement head in defining and institutionalizing the operating framework for procurement operations.
Leverage best procurement practices to the extent possible for continuous improvement.
Assist Procurement Manager in standardizing the procurement deliverables (RFI, RFP, Contract, AMC, etc).
Regular reporting to Procurement Manager on assigned projects or sourcing requests.
Responsible for tracking and reporting adherence/compliance to internal guidelines as well as other applicable guidelines like CVC etc. for assigned projects or sourcing requests.
Liaison, manage and influence internal and external stakeholders, as needed, to manage the assigned projects or sourcing requests.
Maintain the function-specific knowledge repository and ensure transmission to requisite individuals or parties.
Participate in hiring events for the procurement function.
Participate in learning events to stay up to date on the market trends.

REBIT Recruitment 2021: Certifications Preferred

Certified Procurement Professional (CPP) from International Institute for Procurement and Market Research (IIPMR) or equivalent certification is preferred.
